Advance Bids

If you are an ARTS by George! sponsor, ticket buyer or contributor, advance bids are encouraged if there are particular items you are interested in or if you are unable to attend.

To place your advance bid please complete the following by:
Friday, September 25 at noon.

§ Email your name, phone number, silent auction item, and your bid to Ryan Braaten at rbraaten@gmu.edu or call (703) 993-8641.

§ Starting bids must be equal to or greater than the minimum bid amount stated

§ You will receive an email to confirm receipt of your advance bid

§ You will be notified if you are outbid

§ At noon on September 25, advance bids will close and the highest advance bid for each item will be the starting bid at the opening of the silent auction on September 26

Winning Bids

Payment is required at the conclusion of the evening. Payment is accepted by cash, checks (payable to the GMU Foundation), American Express, MasterCard, or Visa. All sales are final.

If you are unable to attend, you must pay for your items by Friday, October 2.
